At Accudata we believe our support services are second to none. We have a dedicated support team and an allocated eMail address, and we set-out structured response time for resolving technical enquiries. These are set out in our standard service level agreement (SLA's). We also have teams or individual technicians that can be stationed onsite to provide on-going support and back-up for operating teams and systems.

Our support services can be ultimately tailored to the individual client, facility, system and team. All factors are taken into account when a support plan is provided in order to adequately satisfy all clients requirements and needs. All state-of-the-art hotel, casino, entertainment centre, conference centre or fun park require some form of support, be it 1 hour onsite response time for 24/7 continuous support or 4 hour telephone response within 9 to 6 working day.
